About the role:
Wellington Health Service is a busy 12-bed facility that includes a 24-hour Emergency Department and a range of Primary and Community Health services.
The Primary and Community Health Manager provides expert leadership to the Nursing, Allied Health and Administration staff employed within the Service, which includes Community Health, Ambulatory Care, Renal Services and the Opioid Treatment Program. This role is part of the Wellington Health Service leadership team.
We are seeking a person who is innovative and creative. A person who can design and deliver programs and foster relationships with service providers and partners within the community and wider region.

Wellington is the second oldest town west of the Blue Mountains and is located 350km from Sydney and is just over an hour from the picturesque town of Orange in the state’s Central West. The nearest Base Hospital is Dubbo Health Service, approximately 50km from the town.
