We're looking for a General Manager NDIS Service to make a tangible impact, drive growth, and ensure exceptional care for our clients. In this role, you will manage, oversee the operations, performance and efficient management of the delivery of the NDIS service and provide leadership and guidance to enable the delivery of best practice community health initiatives.

What to bring
- SW Degree/AASW registration
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within the disability services sector, with a focus on NDIS service operations.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive growth, innovation, and sustainability.
- Exceptional mentoring and coaching skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of NDIS policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels
