They play a pivotal role in transforming groundbreaking ideas into successful research projects.This team has a brand new opportunity for a Manager, Proposal Assurance and Submissions to oversee research proposal submission services and operational support for the Pre-Award team.In this role, you will be involved in leading support for funding proposals, providing mentorship to staff, and ensuring compliance with research policies and funding guidelines. The impact of this role is critical in managing stakeholder relationships and facilitating successful research submissions across the University.Reporting to the Associate Director, Proposal Assurance & Submission and supporting a medium sized team, your key responsibilities will be to:lead the administration and submission of competitive funding proposals, ensuring compliance and quality assuranceprovide high-level advice to Officers and Administrators on complex funding rules and regulatory requirementsoversee accurate documentation and reporting processes, maintaining comprehensive records in research data management systemsproduce regular, accurate reports on funding proposals, submissions, and compliance, offering insights and analysiscontribute to the Research Support Community of Practice, sharing best practices and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.About youAre you ready to leverage your expertise in funding proposals and research support to lead a high-performing team and drive impact at the University of Sydney?
