Your New Role
This role will lead the Protect Team in handling TPD and Insurance Protection insurance claims. Death and Terminal Illness claims, underwriting administration, family law claims and early release payments. You will have a strong stakeholder management aspect to your role, as well as people management and development, and managing team performance.

• Provide strong leadership, support and coaching to the team
• Oversee workload, prioritisation of team resources to meet member expectations and service standards
• Embed a culture of exceptional service quality and teamwork

How do you exceed our expectations?

• The idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple.
• You have over 5 years experience in the life insurance industry, with responsibility for claims management decisions (preferably within a superannuation environment)
• Demonstrated experience leading, managing and developing teams
• Strong knowledge of the life insurance claims and underwriting process.
• You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
