We need a visionary leader who is not only adept at managing complex compliance programs but also excels in intelligence gathering and analysis. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining community confidence in the sport from both a wagering and welfare perspective.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Commission’s Racing Integrity and intelligence functions.
- Develop and oversee proactive compliance programs to ensure the highest levels of industry compliance.
- Be the key liaison with NSW Police and other investigative agencies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with industry stakeholders to influence sustained improvements in Racing Integrity.
