About The Role
As an Integrated Planning Manager at WesTrac, you will be responsible for overseeing planning activities for NSW/ACT business. The role will, through establishment and maintenance of effective systems and processes, connect unconstrained sales opportunities with the execution capacity.
You will ensure a master schedule for various areas of the business and ensure accurate sales forecasting is completed to enable accurate workshop planning and ensure communication of future demand signals through supply areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute planning processes and forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for products and services
- Oversee the master schedule for NSW/ACT machines and component rebuilds and new machine deliveries, ensuring work resources, facilities and capacity are efficiently utilised and that demand signals are communicated through supply areas and to Caterpillar
- Run simulations and model possible scenarios and outcomes of the forward planning process to enable future decisions to be made
- Collaborate closely with Branch Managers, Resource Industries and Construction Industries sales teams, inventory teams and finance teams to gather data and insights for accurate forecasting and planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field
- Proven experience (6-8 years) in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in planning tools and software
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement
