The Position: Civil Infrastructure Coordinator
We are currently seeking an experienced, suitably qualified, and highly motivated Civil Infrastructure Coordinator who has a solid understanding and experience in Civil construction, ideally residential subdivisions and is ready to take the next step in their career. This position will support projects in the Sydney region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with other divisions within the Allied Umbrella, client managers and other stakeholders such as contractors if/when required.
This position involves a combination of overseeing and managing jobs, as well as hands-on involvement.
You will be responsible for the supervision of Civil Construction teams and subcontractors, ensuring a high standard of quality, safety and adherence to all project specifications is maintained. You will promote a positive team culture and deliver positive outcomes for all stakeholders.
Your every day:
- Successfully manage the program, budgets and quality assurance of all projects to ensure a high-quality project is delivered.
- Constantly build strong client relationships that position Allied for repeat work.
- Manage site safety and environmental compliance on the project.
- Be the focal point for all trades and labor in your area
- Engage in Civil works with a hands-on approach
About you:
- Demonstrated experience as a Leading Hand or Foreman on Civil Construction Projects
- Knowledge and experience in Civil and Building Construction
- Ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Construction Industry Card (White / Blue)
- Current Driver Licence
- Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded
- A strong commitment to OHS and Safe Work
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent grooming and presentation.
