This is an exciting leadership opportunity to be part of the new Education Futures Institute (EFI) in the Queensland Department of Education. We are seeking a Manager for a temporary full-time position until 20 December 2024, unless otherwise determined.
The Education Futures Institute is a key system initiative in the department's education strategy, Equity and Excellence: Realising the potential of every student, to empower departmental staff, educators, school and system leaders to build professional expertise through high quality, targeted capability development across their career.

About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Lead the Research and Evaluation program for the Education Futures Institute.
- Oversee and implement an evaluation framework and activities for the EFI and the increasing suite of flagship, priority and capability development programs.
- Build partnerships and collaborative approaches, enabling connection to specialist Research and Evaluation expertise in line with departmental requirements and strategic priorities.
- Conduct research, evaluation and reporting to inform and enhance the impact of evidence-based professional learning.
