The Manager, Resource Readiness leads and manages the delivery of Resource Readiness services to the region. The role is responsible for the provision of infrastructure, fleet and equipment planning and management services, programs and processes to enable the effective and efficient delivery of operational services.The role provides a high level of support to regional management in delivering organisational reform outcomes; contributing to the future direction of the QAS and ensuring that quality, timely and appropriate pre-hospital care and transport services are provided to the Queensland community within the region.Job details Position status Fixed Term Temporary

- High-level knowledge and skills in relation to the application of relevant legislation, standards and policy applicable to assets, property and buildings.
- Demonstrated highly developed communication, negotiation, consultation and collaboration skills and the proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly developed conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills including a demonstrated ability to interpret financial and trend/output/outcome performance data to drive performance improvement.
