Manager, Social Impact & Social Licence
About the role:
Due to an internal move, we are currently recruiting for a Manager, Social Impact & Social Licence to join our highly driven and successful team.
Reporting to the Head of Social Impact, you will be responsible for working collaboratively across AGL to drive implementation of Social Impact and Social Licence programs and enhance AGL's Social Licence standing within the community.
This will include internal advocacy and capability building across the business to uplift our people's understanding of Social Licence risks and priorities and their role in improving AGL's Social Licence performance.
About you:
Implement AGL's Social Impact and Social Licence Programs collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation.
Assist in developing Social Impact and Social Licence strategies and initiatives.
Establish and run successful internal advocacy forums, including the Social Licence Network.
Develop guidelines, appropriate governance and build capability by engaging stakeholders across AGL, identifying Social Licence risks and collaborating on mitigation strategies.
Manage AGL's national community partnerships to enhance AGL's Social Licence.
Develop and implement clear and user-friendly processes to measure, report and communicate the efficacy of AGL's Social Impact and Social Licence Programs across the business. Measure, report and communicate program outcomes.
Provide consolidated data relevant to Social Impact and Social Licence programs for B4SI and AGL's annual integrated reporting requirements.
Work across AGL to allocate and manage community funds, budgets and associated expenditure.
What you'll bring to the role:
Previous experience in community investment, Social Impact and Social Licence program management.
Strong analytical and project or program management skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, collaborate and build trusted relationships.
Experienced in developing meaningful metrics and reporting methodologies.
Demonstrated understanding of Social Licence, Social Impact and ESG related measurement and reporting (particularly within an ASX context)
Experience in working with the NGO and philanthropic sector is desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
