About the role and where you will be working:
The Manager Transformation will assist the General Manager of I.T. and Transformation in the transformation of SCC(WA) to create transparency, momentum and enable a roadmap to a business capability (process and technology) that is fit for purpose for the organisational that SCC (WA) needs to become. These services will be delivered via the application business process analysis, leading of major improvement projects and the establishment of a project office, all within the context of collaboration and effective change management.
This position is located in our Central Office in Rivervale and offers a flexible working arrangement.
We’ll also be asking you to:-
- Primary focus on transformation to create transparency, create momentum and enable a roadmap to a business capability (process and technology) that is fit for purpose for the organisation SCC (WA) needs to become.
- To understand operational challenges and opportunities to ensure that solutions make an effective improvement to their services, activities deliverables.
- A collaborative approach in the identification and implementation of transformative projects and initiatives
- Leading major organisation improvement and efficiency projects (digital and business process), focused at strategic and key initiatives and projects.
- Analysing and assessing technology solutions to ensure that services needs are satisfied, including benefit realisation
- Establish an effective and appropriate project management approach for SCC(WA) for projects or varying scales.
- To oversee the Project Management for major projects; (either directly or overseeing individual Project Managers).
- Establishing and leading a Project Office in facilitating reporting and assistance on minor projects.
- Business process review, mapping and improvement, enabling the end to end analysis and reengineering of critical business process to improve efficiency and effectiveness of outcomes.
About You
This candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally working in Aged Care, Home Care, Retirement Living and social Housing industries. Relevant tertiary qualification and or relevant practitioner qualification in Project MAnagement or PRocess Improvement.
