Position Title: Change Manager
Department: Corporate Services
Role Purpose:
The Change Manager plays a critical role in leading and implementing organizational change management strategies and plans to ensure the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working across the organization's digital transformation programs and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans aligned to project and organizational objectives. Conduct impact assessments and identify change requirements.
- Guide and support the organization through changes to embed new processes and systems. Collaborate to address risks and generate support for change initiatives.
- Design and deliver communication and engagement strategies to promote change adoption. Conduct presentations and training programs to build capabilities.
- Measure change effectiveness through feedback mechanisms. Identify and mitigate resistance risks.
- For ERP projects, formulate strategies facilitating user adoption of new systems. Coordinate training workshops to build proficiencies.
- Proactively engage stakeholders through change impacts. Address concerns and provide transition support.
- Systematically identify risks and opportunities. Develop stakeholder management plans to guide engagement.
- Ensure change initiatives deliver sustainable outcomes. Continually assess and review benefits realization. Facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Relevant qualification in Change Management or equivalent industry experience
- Knowledge of change methodologies, frameworks, tools and techniques
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering engaging presentations
- Stakeholder management and engagement capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Local government experience or regulatory environment awareness
- ERP implementation change management exposure
- Change management certification
