You know pubs? - because we know pubs!   The Cricketers Arms in Port Melbourne has finally opened after a major refurb and now looking for hospo professionals to join the management team as we go from strength to strength.

The Cricketers is a true ‘local pub’ – serving up great pub food to our locals and now with our el fresco back bar open, providing the perfect watering hole for those post-work drinks and parties.

We now have opportunities for managers to join the team.   Maybe you've been working in venues supervising, and are now ready to dip your toe into a management role.  We are looking for:

• Bar manager - focused on all things beverage 
• Floor manager - if you love the buzz and energy of service
• Admin manager - if you like a role that combines floor and office work

All these roles will see you at the forefront of driving our engaging and friendly service not just for our new patrons - but for those locals that have been patiently waiting for the reopen.

A bit about you:

• You will be a seasoned pub person having previously worked in a similar environment 
• You will LOVE customer service - and thrive on teaching your team these skills
• You will have a great sense of humour and fun
• You will be a natural leader – always working calmly, and efficiently and creating a team environment - in busy and quieter times.
• You will have a lead-from-the-front attitude with the ability to inspire those working around you
