- Support Infrastructure Delivery: Work closely with the Manufacturing Infrastructure Delivery Architect and local engineering automation teams to ensure secure integration of computerized systems into manufacturing environments. - Troubleshooting Support: Provide expertise in troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues within manufacturing and engineering automation environments. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to identify and implement sustainable solutions, ensuring seamless operations.
- Project Participation: Actively participate in project meetings to ensure alignment of project scope, cost, schedule, and quality. Leverage your technical knowledge to contribute to project initiatives and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Quality Compliance: Support formal quality processes, adhering to Quality Management System for IT infrastructure supporting GxP or non-GxP systems within manufacturing and engineering automation environments. Ensure compliance with Quality/Compliance KPIs through meticulous documentation and adherence to change management processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations and communications with key stakeholders in Execution System teams and Information & Technology. Foster productive relationships with internal employees, vendors, and consultants to effectively implement infrastructure components and drive successful project outcomes.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- 7+ years' experience in IT Infrastructure, preferably supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems.
- Expertise in industry-standard operating systems, compute, storage area networks, virtualization, and networking technologies.
- Familiarity with PLC and SCADA manufacturing and automation systems preferred.
- Understanding of security principles for IT and manufacturing/engineering systems desirable.
- Experience with GxP Quality requirements and processes preferred.
- Pharmaceutical/Biotech or similarly regulated environment experience preferred.
