Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of all manufacturing staff and subcontractors in our factory. You will play an imperative role in ensuring all manufacturing schedules are adhered to and production flows in accordance with deadlines. Working with a variety of trade groups, you will need to appreciate and understand the important of workflow management and task delegation. You must be diplomatic in dealing with conflicting schedules and a champion of safety in the workplace.

What You Will Do
The nature of our industry requires enthusiastic people who take pride in their work. More specifically, you will contribute to, and be responsible for:
- Manage the factory and the Production Schedule.
- Lead, supervise and coordinate factory staff and subcontractors to ensure buildings are assembled in accordance with the Production Schedule.
- Ensure adequate stock levels received, maintained and stored appropriately.
- Ensure quality documents for all buildings.
- Attend production meetings, review plans / specifications to confirm accuracy and build requirements.
- Complete month end stocktake.
- Ensure tools and equipment are properly used and accounted for, and ensure electrical equipment are tested and tagged as required by safety standards.
What You Will Bring

- Clear oral and written communication skills
- Ability to lead, supervise and motivate a team
- Significant experience in a building manufacturing environment.
- Site Supervisor Licence & Forklift licence and experience using a Forklift
- Sound delegation, organisational and planning skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in a similar role
