Manufacturing Team Member

A.C Agencies is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Team Member to join us in manufacturing top-quality, custom-made window treatments in our Stepney warehouse.

This is a full-time position and although an experienced blind, track, pelmet manufacturer would be desirable, it is not essential as we are looking for a candidate with the right attitude. You must have an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy and be experienced in using power tools unsupervised. 

All training will be provided by our experienced senior staff and once proficiant at all aspects of manufacturing you will be given the opportunity for additional training as a curtain and blind installer.  

Duties

• Manufacturing window treatments
• Installing window treatments
• Labelling and packing 
• Operating machinery
• Lifting and manual handling 
• Collecting and delivering products
• General cleaning of warehouse and packing area
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Dispatching and receiving goods

Experience

• Attention to detail
• Prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to follow safety procedures / standards
• Comfortable and competent operating machinery and power tools
• Current driver's licence
• Accuracy and ability to use a tape measure
