AddressWe are seeking a versatile and dynamic Content Creator/Admin/Marketer to join our team. This role combines creative content development, strategic marketing, and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our marketing efforts and office functions. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and adept at multitasking. Experience in similar roles previously is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Develop high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, and email newsletters.
- Create visual content such as graphics, videos, and infographics to complement written content.
- Brainstorm and generate new content ideas that align with our brand and marketing goals.
- Conduct research to ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to our audience.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing performance metrics.
- Support email marketing efforts, including creating and sending newsletters, and analysing campaign performance.
- Track and report on key marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Oversee and maintain Shopify store, ensuring all product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing.
- Manage and process online orders, ensuring timely fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with owners about stock levels and when new items need to be ordered.
- Help to develop the clothing brand and help with producing new products.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Assist with onboarding process for new team members including orientation, documentation, and merchandise.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and respond accordingly.
- Organise the team with merchandise and iPads.
- Maintain organized records and files, both digital and physical.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the team and stock levels.
- Casual to start with move into permanent full time role
