The ideal candidate will assist the Marketing Manager in all areas of marketing including event management and implementation, digital marketing, public and retailer relations, budgeting and business planning. You will implement marketing campaigns in centre and online, evaluate marketing performance, and collaborate and liaise with internal teams, retailers, customers, and external contractors. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work with the Marketing Manager to coordinate all marketing activities.
- Assist the Marketing Manager in analysing and reporting on retailers' sales performance and customer traffic.
- Manage all digital components with an integrated approach, including updating the centre website, posting on social media, and managing email marketing, all under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
- Understand the shopping centre, its customers, trade area, strengths and limitations.
- Opportunity for a bachelor degree graduate, or equivalent experience, to attain experience in a cross-section of marketing elements. Also suitable for someone in an equivalent role who wants to get their "foot in the door" of shopping centre marketing.
- Digital marketing knowledge and demonstrated experience is helpful.
- Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills - Essential.
- Be a collaborative team player who can take direction.
