Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth coordination of departmental activities.
- Assist marketing executives in organizing and managing various projects.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand our target audience.
- Analyse consumer rating reports and questionnaires.
- Utilise marketing analytics techniques (including social media and web analytics) to gather essential data.
Campaign Coordination:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and execute promotional events, both traditional and digital.
- Attend events to facilitate their success.
- Prepare and deliver promotional presentations.
Content Creation and Communication:
- Compose and post online content on our company’s website and social media accounts.
- Write marketing literature, including brochures and press releases.
- Communicate directly with clients to build and maintain trusting relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a marketing assistant.
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
- Proficiency in market research techniques and databases.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, and online applications (such as CRM tools and Google AdWords).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma; a Bachelor in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field is a strong advantage.
