An exciting opportunity exists to join our dynamic team and help lead Brand Jams vision for the future as our Marketing and Communications Coordinator. As the Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and analysing comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive business results for clients.
We would ideally like you to have a digital marketing or communications degree with some working experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), increasing the number of followers and driving engagement.
- Plan, write, schedule, coordinate and evaluate social media posts and digital advertising to support the overall strategic and marketing goals of Brand Jams clients, using tools including digital analytics, the Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads.
- Maintain relationships with clients.
- Propose, implement, and analyse paid spend strategies across social media channels, utilising analytics, and data to measure campaign effectiveness and increase conversions and return on investment (ROI).
- Develop SEO-driven content for various platforms such as landing pages, category pages, branded pages, website content, EDMs, and personalised customer journeys.
- Designing assets for online amplification using a range of graphic design tools.
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Experience in developing, implementing and measuring paid social media strategies and campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
- Detailed understanding of social media advertising and targeting options.
- Proven experience with social media analytics and insights.
- Agency experience is a big plus!
