Pathways Residences is a luxury Aged Care provider across Sydney. We are seeking a talented Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our team. The role is permanent full time, Monday-Friday at our Support Office in St. Leonards, NSW 2065.
Role overview
This role will focus on overseeing the marketing initiatives for an existing portfolio of boutique aged care homes, as well as the commissioning of a brand new site due to open at the end of the year. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the ideal candidate will possess a blend of graphic design expertise, marketing acumen, and exceptional communication skills. They will be responsible for managing various marketing projects and driving consumer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategies for the organisation
- Manage our brand and enhance the organisation's identity
- Manage the CRM system, and through it monitor occupancy rates and drive consumer engagement and revenue growth
- Promote services and special events
- Manage social media (e.g. facebook, linkedin, instagram)
- Create marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, print and digital media, banners, general communications, and promotional gifts
- Design newsletters to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
- Content creation - website, print etc.
- Manage marketing budget, attend promotional events and provide monthly marketing reports to the COO
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Aged care experience highly desirable
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign
- A solid understanding of CRM systems
- Proficiency in webinar platforms
- Ability to develop design solutions across print and digital channels
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Previous experience with Mailchimp or similar platforms highly regarded
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Agile team player with a positive, can-do attitude!
- Aged Care Requirements: police check, covid vaccine and NDIS clearance
