They are a market leading brand within the wine industry and are part of a larger group of venues. Their wine is award winning and celebrated worldwide by connoisseurs. Their venue which you will be based at includes beautiful vineyards, a newly built hotel equipped with pool and spa, along with restaurants, where visitors can discover a 5 star dining experience.  They are passionate about sustainable and ethical farming methods, sourcing produce from local suppliers and creating an enjoyable experience for both visitors and employees. 

The Role 

As the Marketing and Communications Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and marketing strategies for our DTC channels, including overseeing the venue restaurant and online site and membership club. You will work closely with the management team and be responsible for elevating the brand profile, increasing profitability, aligning the Direct To Consumer direction with hospitality offers and B2B Sales. 

Duties include:

• Lead the strategic direction and management of venue operations
• Event planning
• Budget management
• Develop and execute strategic plans for online membership club and website
• Growing online memberships
• Overseeing order dispatch
• Assist in coordinating and managing onsite and offsite events (VIP visits, trade experiences, and key industry festivals)
