About the role
In association with the Head of Marketing, this role with oversee the planning, implementation and ongoing maintenance of Company websites, digital marketing campaigns, social media campaigns and all online promotional activity consistent with budgetary requirements, marketing strategies and corporate brands.
KeyResponsibilities:
Social Media Ownership:
- Create and curate engaging content for various platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
- Schedule and analyse posts using social media management tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies and students to generate creative content for digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
- Produce visually appealing and compelling graphics, banners, videos, and written content.
- Building of landing pages and automated email campaigns.
- Ensure content aligns with the overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
- Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of social media and marketing efforts.
- Review key word performance and recommend new keywords and topics for content generation.
- Generate regular reports to measure and analyse the impact of activities and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Maintain and keep up-to-date our brand assets such as branded templates, style guides and flyers.
- Ordering of branded items including signage, merchandise and business cards.
- Keep websites up-to-date, ensure up time and resolutions of bugs.
- Testing of lead forms ensuring lead submissions are entering the CRM.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all platforms.
- Maintain online business listings and business listings register.
- Maintain our student contact information and subscription preferences in our CRM.
- 2 years + working in a marketing/social media/communications role
- Filming, producing and editing short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
- Generating graphics and advertising using Adobe Creative Cloud and other platforms
- CMS management such as WordPress
- Ability to utilise AI technology to help improve marketing outputs
- Understanding of basic UI and UX principles
- Experience using CRMs such as HubSpot
- Basic HTML experience
- Experience in the education sector – desirable
- Can work autonomously
