We have 5 Beverage outlets, Bistro 51, Café, Street Food Kitchen, several Function Facilities, a variety of entertainment options, Courtesy Shuttle and more. We are located adjacent to the Ettalong Beach foreshore, and Palm Beach is a short 30-minute ferry ride away, on the Ettalong to Palm Beach ferry.
We have an amazing opportunity for a talented, hands-on, and enthusiastic Marketing and Entertainment Manager to join our Senior Leadership team, supporting our Club Values of effective leadership, honesty, and integrity, listening and collaboration, accountability, positive and passionate culture, and quality in everything that we do.
As our new Marketing and Entertainment Manager, you’ll work closely with our Chief Executive Officer and Executive Team to develop and execute a Marketing Strategy, aligned with the Club’s Strategic Plan. There is lots happening in 2024 with the ongoing development of the Club, which means there’s opportunity for plenty of marketing creativity, branding, social media, digital marketing, marketing campaigns and more!
Some of the things that we need from you!
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing (Bachelor of Business – Marketing).
• Experience (no less than 4 years) in a Middle-Senior Management Marketing position, within a hospitality or customer-service based environment is preferred.
• Experience in digital tech marketing – creation of content, creation of social medica campaigns and the ability to create and drive the digital marketing strategy.
• CRM expertise – driving visitation and membership.
• Marketing analytics; effective targeted and tactical marketing.
• Provide new ideas – business improvement.
• Manage and report on marketing campaigns – providing recommendations for optimisation and what needs to be improving.
• Creation of inhouse promotions/promotional activities for day-to-day operations, in conjunction with Department Managers.
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships across all levels within the business and with business providers.
• A high-level of attention to detail and creativity.
• You’re friendly, love working in a fast-paced environment, and you enjoy a challenge.
• You have a can-do, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Proven ability to multi-task and prioritise workload according to operational/business needs.
• Professionally presented with excellent grooming and presentation standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a sharp eye for detail.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and thrive on working as part of a team.
• A current NSW RSA Photo ID Competency Card (or willingness to obtain)
• A current NSW RCG Photo ID Competency Card (or willingness to obtain)
• Advanced MS Office skills.
Due to the nature of our business, it is anticipated that you will during our busy promotions (Easter, Monthly Birthday Draws, Raffles), to gain an understanding of how the business functions and the requirements from a Marketing perspective.
