Form of workThe Ambassador of Buzz is the creative mind (and hands) at lyf Collingwood. They are Community Managers who play a crucial role in translating lyf’s core values into social experiences for guests and in community building and curating lyf perks through events and partnerships with local influencers, organizations, and businesses. The Ambassador of Buzz is also responsible for creating the property’s social media content and activities with the corporate team.

From managing marketing content to curating tie-ups and Events, the AOB will be a people person who enjoys working in a fun, fast-paced environment while nurturing key stakeholder relationships with the fantastic group of people around us.
What will you do?
The day-to-day running of property social media pages, property-specific website, and any other online presence
Create and update the lyf neighborhood guide!
- Seek out business opportunities for potential companies or individuals who may stay at the property.
- Actively research trends and hot topics, ensuring that the property best connects with its target audience through events and social media content.
- Curate and plan a calendar of regular events and content for any social media platforms.
What do you need?
- To be a people person with a great attitude
- A strong customer service background
- A thorough understanding of social media marketing
- That certain je ne sais quoi about you makes the people you talk to want to hang out at lyf Collingwood!
- They want to succeed and work for an engaging, positive team and company.
- An eye for graphic design and skills, including experience with Photoshop and Indesign, would be advantageous.
