We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Wedding and Events Coordinator to join our existing passionate team at Dromana Estate Weddings and Events. As a member of our weddings and Events team, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of a large portfolio of weddings.
Keys tasks include but are not limited to:
• Responding to new booking enquiries
• Taking prospective couple on venue tours
• Implementing strategies and campaigns to attract new customers.
• Management of staff.
• Managing your own working schedule.
• Assisting in providing end to end management of events.
• Management of event costings.
• Liaising with and coordinating external vendors.
• Management our social media platforms.
The successful applicant must be highly motivated and an excellent communicator with exceptional time and organizational skills. Industry experience is essential.

• Strong leadership skills
• Creative thinking and a high level of problem-solving skills.
• Ability to sell the space and close on deals. Demonstrated experience in event sales is a must.
• Proficiency in event management software and strong IT skills
• Working cooperatively with the existing management team.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and delegate tasks to your team.
• A friendly, energetic personality with an ability to build rapport easily with couples and vendors alike.
• Detail orientated, with experience in event styling.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
