We are seeking a creative and organized Marketing and Events Officer to join our dynamic and vibrant marketing team. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who is passionate about brand development, event planning, and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth both internally and externally. You will play a crucial role in raising brand awareness within broader communities, enhancing relationships with key partners, and leading thought leadership initiatives.
In this role, you will find yourself:
- Coordinating all internal and external events and opportunities to raise Afea's brand awareness.
- Developing, planning and executing consistent engagement calendar for clients, cares and alliance partners.
- Collaborating with different functions to ensure seamless event execution and consistent brand awareness.
- Monitoring and analyzing event performance and marketing campaigns providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assisting in monitoring Afea's online community, responding to comments and queries.
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following:
- Qualification in marketing, communications, business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Previous experience in event coordination within disability, Aged or Community Care is preferred.
- Current and valid Driver’s license is essential as frequent travel is required.
