- Respond to enquiries from prospective students from secondary schools or studying with other education institutions, careers advisors, teachers, parents and industry stakeholders.
- Provide information and guidance to students of the enrolment process including eligibility interview, PTR form competition, information on course fees, course timetables and VET funding.
- Participate in various school events, expos and conduct presentations.
- Arrange and conduct student campus tours to prospective students, parents, teachers and industry stakeholder virtually and in person.
- Assist in the preparation setup and participate in key Student Recruitment internal events and activities.
- A relevant Degree or Diploma with relevant work experience; or a suitable combination of lesser qualifications and significant relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience of event management, participation and presentation, preferably in an education environment.
- Demonstrated administrative skills and the ability to work with a variety of software programs including Microsoft suite applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Highly developed organisational skills and ability to work on several projects at the one time.
- Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and communication skills, especially the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of management.
- Experience in preparing and, where necessary activating event contingency plans.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience using digital marketing tools and writing content.
