Your role:
The Marketing and Event Assistant’s primary role is to support the Business Development Associate (BDA) team. The position coordinates the execution of marketing activities and assists with some administration tasks including database management to help maximise the BDA’s achievements.
In this role you will be a great team player who is quick to develop good relationships, is driven, hardworking, collaborative, solutions-oriented and passionate in delivering quality outcomes for our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Marketing and administration support to BDA team.
- Coordinate and assist with the implementation marketing strategies and ensure consistent branding.
- Coordinate online and offline communication including e-newsletters, GP newsletters and event mail-outs.
- Assist with event management including booking venues and coordinating marketing collateral for the event.
- Perform market research.
- Create reports as directed.
- Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives.
- Support and attend company events.
- Organize and manage marketing collateral and stock control/distribution.
- Assist in data entry for the CRM and track marketing activities, liaise with clinics, FAC team call centre and GPs to regularly update and maintain data.
- Specialised IVF and City Fertility specific on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualifications.
- Assist with the development and execution of the marketing projects and other marketing activities as directed.
Skills and experience:
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word).
- Demonstrated project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with coordinating marketing collateral including EDMs and print material (e.g. brochures and invitations).
- Strong writing and copy-editing abilities.
- Marketing and event management experience preferred.
- Attention to detail and organisation skills. Flexibility and adaptability.
- Time management focused.
- Team player.
Desirables:
- Healthcare industry experience
Qualifications Required:
- Marketing degree or equivalent experience.
- Event management (preferred but not a necessity).
- Driver's Licence.
- Capacity to work in Australia
