This is a Sales and Marketing Manager position for Excitation Business across Australia and New Zealand, reporting and working in close co-ordination with Sub Regional Manager - Asia. You will be primarily responsible for planning and ensuring implementation of Excitation strategy, to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for systems, products, and services in a profitable way. Responsible for leading the Sales organization of Excitation Business in allocated region proactively, to exceed the sales targets through high performance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The position is based in Australia.
Your responsibilities
- Owning and managing the ABB EXC Install Base, assuring the database cleanup, alignment, and update
- Identifying the excitation White Spot and business potential, supporting the local units in listing the priority of the sites to be addressed, track, support and assure the local unit reach the target KPI for the related initiative
- Increasing the market penetration with the Generator IB analysis to attack competition, leveraging the existing ABB Automation IB as value add. Driving improvement in sales through the special initiatives, attending the rollout meeting and organizing the internal meeting. Be the point of reference for the local units for any clarifications and support
- Monitoring of the overall sales pipeline with periodic report and identification of outside business in the HUB
- Participating proactively to the periodic sales calls. Supporting the local units in the sales process, including technical solution and market price. Overview and monitoring of the overall sales pipeline with periodic report and identification of out-side business in the HUB

- Attending the webinar to get update with all new initiative, rules, reporting methodology and anything else need to be addressed to grant a successful business
- Driving day to day service safety and integrity and implements Group initiatives to embed a culture of health and safety and integrity across the organization
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in electrical, power electronics or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing , sales of solutions and services
- Knowledge and experience of excitation or other relevant products such as motors, drives or generators
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills are required
- Should be fluent in English comprehension and writing
- Willing to travel across the allocated region/countries
