Job Description includes but is not limited to;

• Liaise with marketing contractors and suppliers to assist in coordinating all marketing collateral 
• Assist in writing content and organising photoshoots/events. 
• Create and update our Social Media calendar regularly. 
• Assist with coordinating all direct email campaigns and marketing initiatives/campaigns
• Build relationships with influencers and identify target audiences. 
• Assist with managing, updating and evaluating the Company’s website and Social Media accounts to promote the Company.
• Assist in coordinating promotional activities and trade shows to market products and services.
• Assist in analysing and reporting on the Company’s marketing performance. 
• Assist with all administrative tasks related to the marketing of the Company.
• Participate in and attend training, presentations and meetings as required. 

Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or equivalent experience. 
• 1-2 years in marketing assistant position or equivalent experience. 
• Solid computer skills including use of Microsoft Office and a range of design software (Excel, Word, Canva). 
• Understanding of Facebook, Instagram and tiktok Social Media platforms and Social Media trends.
