We’re on the look out for an Asset Finance savvy Collections and Recovery Admin Team Coordinator with a passion for organizing and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment to join our dynamic Brisbane or Melbourne team.

How you'll make an impact:
With your strong organizational and coordination skills, solutions focused approach and ability to work as part of a team you will be responsible for effectively coordinating the overall day to day administration of our Collections and Recovery Teams.
What you'll do:
Provide a high level of support to the Head of Operations Asset Finance, Senior Manager Lending Services and Collections and Recoveries Manager, Asset Finance.
What you’ll bring with you:
- Ideally previous experience in Asset Finance Collections and Recovery Admin Coordination
- Strong experience in Time Management and Prioritization
- Experience Undertaking fulfilment of requests for documentation from various external parties.
- Experience collating reports and management of meetings including agendas and meeting notes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to prioritise, time manage and work unsupervised
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent level of initiative with strong problem solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office (ideally incl Dynamic 365 database skills)
