Description
- Create professional and engaging PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising files.
- Provide support with document preparation, proofreading, and formatting for Marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
Profile
- Previous experience in FMCG, skincare or personal care related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Availability for an immediate start and willingness to commit to a 4-8 week contract.
- Previous experience in marketing support or a similar role is preferred.
