Form of workAbout the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and versatile Marketing Assistant with graphic design skills to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Assistant will not only assist in various marketing activities but also contribute your creative flair with designing on-brand, compelling visual content. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, branding, attention to detail, a strong grasp of design principles and proficiency in graphic design software. This role is part time but may have full time opportunities for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Creative visually appealing graphics and layout for digital and print materials, including brochures, website and digital assets, advertisements and social media posts.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to produce engaging designs and content for our target audience.
- Support the production of multimedia content, such as videos, by providing design assets and creative input.
- Assist the Marketing Manager with delivering seminar and webinar events, video editing and in-house podcast production.
- Assist with administrative tasks, customer service tasks and other marketing duties as needed.
About You:
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or similar degree.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign and Photoshop)
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and platforms with experience in implementing digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong and clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to integrate easily and work cooperatively in a busy yet fun and welcoming team environment.
