Join Our Team as a Marketing and Administrative Assistant!

The Role:
Reporting to our Sales & Marketing Manager you will be responsible for providing support to the marketing/sales department and team. This is a varied role and requires you to be highly organised and able to multitask effectively. You will receive mentorship from the Sales & Marketing Manager and ongoing support for your growth and development.
This is an office-based role in Kilsyth, Victoria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that effectively combine digital and traditional channels to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Assist in developing the company website with copywriting, ensuring it is on brand, up-to-date, and optimised for search engines and user experience.
- Assist with content, social media strategy and management across platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn ensuring content is engaging and brand-aligned.
- Assist in preparing and executing EDM’s in line with company branding and initiatives.
- Assist in the production and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures and flyers, ensuring they adhere to our brand guidelines.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and understand our audience's evolving needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and brand consistency.
- Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, both online and offline, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Perform administration and customer related tasks such as quoting, answering customer enquiries via email and phone and other ad-hoc office based tasks.
- Provide support to the extended sales team as required.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Photoshop & Canva Experience Highly Recognised.
- WordPress experience highly regarded.
- Basic understanding of Google analytics with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Copywriting and content creation skills.
- Willingness to learn, proactive, self-motivated and able to maintain a positive attitude!
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, highly regarded.
