About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a crucial support role within our marketing department, you'll be involved in various marketing administration tasks, providing invaluable assistance to ensure our marketing initiatives run smoothly.
This is a part-time casual position 2-3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Briefs: Assist in the creation and management of both internal and external marketing briefs, ensuring clarity and alignment of objectives.
- Agency Coordination: Support the workflow of our agency partners, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- NPD Launch/Campaign Support: Contribute to the successful execution of new product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Order Management: Assist in managing orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Project Coordination: Help coordinate marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved.
- Day-to-Day Tasks: Provide support in various day-to-day departmental activities, including budget tracking and invoice coding.
We're Interested in Hearing from People Who Have:
- Marketing qualification and are eager to gain hands-on experience.
- Ideally have 1-2 years of practical experience in a marketing role.
- Have a genuine passion for both Marketing and Food.
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Are highly organized and willing to pitch in wherever needed.
