We require a Marketing Assistant / Office All Rounder to join our team.
We are looking for a tech-savvy self-starter ready to dive in, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift, with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines and ability to learn while maintaining attention to detail.
This hybrid role calls for creativity and exceptional organisational skills to maintain our online presence across two websites, two online stores, and multiple social media channels. Key responsibilities are responding to customer queries and processing orders from the online stores, curating engaging content and managing our multiple websites and social media platforms, collaborating with our external marketing and digital strategy partners. Your mission will be to boost our brand presence, drive user engagement, expand our reach, and generate sales leads through various platforms while assisting the Customer Service Team.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Website Management
- Maintain and updated our multiple websites (WordPress & Wix)
- Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales and conversions.
- Maintain online product catalogue.
- Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics.
- Respond to customer queries and process orders for our two online stores, hosted by Wix.
Content Creation and Curation
- Produce captivating visuals, videos, and graphics for social media posts.
- Develop strategic and compelling content that aligns with our brand's tone and aesthetic.
- Retain and organise content that performs well, posting across multiple channels.
- Produce captivating visuals, videos, and graphics for social media posts.
Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain our social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Google Business Profile.
- Schedule and publish posts across platforms while ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Distribute reporting within the business, tracking growth in key metrics.
- Respond to comments, messages, and maintain high engagement with our community.
Performance Analysis and Optimization
- Analyse social media insights and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimise social media performance.
- Highlight high performing content to the Management Team to be used across paid media.
- Report on social media performance to the wider business. Leverage learnings to ensure continuous improvement of social channels.
General Office & Customer Service Duties
- General Office Duties.
- Receiving and actioning incoming calls and customer queries.
- Coordinate appointments & schedule for a team of sales representatives & installation team.
- Processing orders.
- Accounts Receivable including, issuing of invoices, first level debt collection and allocating received payments to orders and invoices.
- Liaise between different departments, customers and management team.
- Advising clients on available products, sales and installation process, terms & conditions.
- Managing sales and website enquiries.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling, with creative flair and attention to detail with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, including a strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and analytics tools, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to optimise performance.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management, organisation, and prioritisation, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with the WordPress and Wix Platforms
- Experience with Adobe InDesign
