About the Role
As the Marketing Automation and CRM Manager within the Dulux Digital Marketing team, you will identify, plan and deliver data-driven, personalised digital marketing activity that increases engagement, conversion, efficiency and return on investment.
Reporting to the Strategic Data & Insights Manager, this role supports the strategic development and delivery of personalised engagement with B2C and B2B audience segments in the ANZ paints and coatings market. Working in close collaboration with digital, brand, martech and data teams, you will be relentless in pursuit of opportunities to isolate, segment, engage and convert key audiences through digital and omnichannel communications. The ideal candidate for this role will show demonstrated experience and commitment to CRO best practice, Marketing Automation processes and ‘test, learn, optimise’ experimentation.
From on-boarding, to retention, cross-sell and loyalty, this role will transform the consumer and customer experience using data-driven communications that enhance consumer and customer journeys.

Key responsibilities:
- Work with various stakeholders to manage the day-to-day running of digital CRM programs.
- Build and activate audience segments, workflow Automation and performance reporting for email and SMS communications in collaboration with Dulux marketing teams and internal and third-party martech and creative agencies.
- Map/align all engagement touchpoints and activity to personalised consumer/customer journeys, next best actions and conversion funnel metrics.
- Develop data-driven audience segment insights and engagement strategies that drive relevance, conversion and loyalty.
- Execute acquisition campaigns and activities to grow consumer database/lead management.
- Analyse performance data and recommend insight-led optimisations for campaign and always-on audience engagement.
- Lead an agile martech/data squad to deliver commercial outcomes within a cross-functional team. This includes prioritisation and delivery management in Jira/Confluence.
- Own the HubSpot marketing platform and interface with the Customer Data Platform (Segment.io), in conjunction with the Data Squad.
- Manage operational consumer/trade databases in HubSpot and the integration of data across touchpoints, including related privacy data management and governance.
- Collaborate on reporting and optimisation of all 1:1 communication for both B2B and B2C segments, anchored to team and business KPIs.
- Effective management of key stakeholders across a broad spectrum of the business, ensuring clear, timely communication and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Document business processes, including touchpoints, workflows, segmentation, communication and conversion within the Dulux digital engagement ecosystem.
Skills and Expereince
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing/Technology or equivalent and at least five years’ experience running digital marketing communications, data-driven Automation and conversion process.
- Advanced skills in CRM. Extensive experience with HubSpot or equivalent platforms required.
- Excellent knowledge of agile methodology and data structures, with experience in Digital Marketing Audience Management.
- Strong organisational skills demonstrated thorough planning, design and pro-active management/delivery.
- Expert analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing, workflow Automation and data management platforms
