ABOUT THE ROLE:
Title: Marketing Automation Developer
Location: Melbourne - multiple WFH days/week
Base salary $100k to $120k + bonus + perks
Engagement: Fixed Term Contract until mid 2025 - maternity leave cover
Ideal Start date: March-April 2024
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, implement, and oversee database marketing campaigns (Email, mail, and SMS) using Adobe Campaign Classic.
- Manage project priorities and timelines effectively to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for process enhancement.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout the campaign lifecycle, including testing and optimization
- Foster a collaborative team environment, contributing positively to team dynamics and productivity.
ABOUT YOU:
- Necessity: Proficient use of Adobe Campaign Classic.
- Ideally worked in a retail business with a global reach.
- Customer-centric Marketer.
- Expereinced working closely with the CRM, Digital, Analytics and Ecommerce teams to maximise loyalty to the brand.
- Analytical mindset, enjoys working working with data to develop actionable insights.
- Detailed analysis using large data sets.
- High quality organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Detailed knowledge of the media industry.
- Clear and articulate communication skills.
- Strong ability to understand numbers and optimise campaigns.
