Job Description:
As the Marketing Manager at Aliya Homes, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organisation in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Your role will involve a mix of creative, strategic, and analytical responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Proactively seeking out and generating new business leads to drive growth and client opportunity.
- Manage and oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, and multimedia presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
- Oversee the company’s marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective expenditure and a high return on investment.
- Analyse and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns to guide future marketing efforts.
- Work with CRM Salesforce, email marketing and SMS marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams for cohesive marketing and sales efforts.
- Coordinate and manage events, promotions, and advertising campaigns.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and provide strategic insights.
- Build and maintain relationships with media and strategic partners.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategy development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
