This role provides marketing support and services and all facets of the Company. This provides a mix of strategy and hands on marketing to support their objectives and business plan. The role is responsible for communicating Marketing Strategic Goals across departments and to increase customer lifetime value, reduce churn, and bring in new customers. This role requires communication skills and a thorough knowledge of the company's products and is responsible to share knowledge and educate teams on products and customer centric strategies.
Duties:
- Responsible for all communication and marketing material
- Offering support in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations for all aspects of reporting and communication with staff and stakeholders
- Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed.
- Arrange distribution of all marketing materials to internal and external parties.
- Develop, manage and coordinate internal communications and supporting assets
- Liaise with publishers, design, coordinate and share advertising materials
- Coordinate approved advertising and promotional programs
- Planning, direction and coordination of the printing and distribution of their brochures while ensuring that relevant costs are monitored and controlled within approved limits
- Develop and define campaigns for our lead crops with a customer centricity focus and arrange for distribution and communication.
- Communication and Marketing Material
- Assisting the Technical team with the effective communication of trial outcomes, technical papers
- Arrange distribution of all marketing materials to internal and external parties.
- Formulate annual Marketing Plan for approval, incorporating all social media platforms, press, radio and internal communications

- Plan and manage internal and external meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and
- Coordinating mailing lists and distributing marketing materials.
- Align the website with the organization's brand, strategy and standards
- Create strategies to improve website traffic
- Develop website content to support organizational goals and strategies
- Keep the website's domain and hosting registration current
You must hold relevant qualifications in communications and have at least 3+ years experience in this field. This is not en entry position.
