Communications Officer

Job Description:
We are seeking a Communications Officer to join our team on a full-time, term basis.

Our Communications Officer plays a key organisational role, being the first point of contact for all enquiries received from a wide range of stakeholders. This direct engagement helps to provide information to consumers about the CTP Scheme in an effective, customer-centric way. The role is also tasked with customer-focused activities including production and maintenance of communication materials, website publishing, user experience testing of digital products and collaborating on projects that identify and continually improve customer service processes.

About you:
You have well-developed written and verbal communication skills to simply explain complex information to a broad range of customers, and a strong commitment to customer service. You conduct yourself professionally and with empathy when handling sensitive matters. You also have the proven ability to plan, prioritise and organise work to achieve goals and meet strict deadlines, and enjoy working in a small team environment.

ASO3, Salary Range:  $66590 - $70968 p.a.
