Marketing, Communications and Events Manager
The Venzin Group, the home of some of Brisbane’s most well know hospitality venues, are looking for an experienced Marketing, Communications and Events Manager.
The role would involve, but not limited to:
- Event Coordination: Including end-to-end management of functions / Events; from lead conversion, pre-planning, operation and logistics, liaising and communication with clients.
- Communications: Create effective campaigns with current and prospective clients.
- Networking : interacting with others to promote the Venzin venues.
- Develop and execute all in-house copywriting for marketing and promotional material.
- Provide support to both front of house and back of house management teams as needed.
The successful applicant must have:
- Minimum 2 years experience either in event management, in-house marketing or promotions
- RSA preferred but not essential (training can be provided)
- Hospitality experience and knowledge with a strong interest in events.
- A mature, reliable and authentic personality.
- Ability to work autonomously and follow directions and procedures.
- A genuine passion for customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in digital media creation.
This part time role is 5 days per week (flexible hours)
