In our Marketing & Communications team we help achieve this through always keeping our three key customers front of mind: our people, patients and referring practitioners.
About the role
This is a varied role focused on developing marketing and communications collateral to educate, inform and inspire our referring practitioners as well as developing above-the-line advertising campaigns to raise brand awareness and position Queensland X-Ray as a leading imaging provider in Queensland.
Working closely with the Marketing team and reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and developing content for our referring practitioners and external stakeholders in line with key business objectives and service provision
- Copywriting for web, social media, EDMs and external publications
- Coordinating and executing above-the-line advertising opportunities for ongoing brand awareness and marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Maintaining our external website content and CMS; working closely with our external web developers and digital agency to optimise existing and new content
- Coordinating, tracking and managing success of advertising initiatives and subsequent reporting to Marketing & Communications Manager,
- Working closely with our graphic designer to provide briefs and deadlines for content
- Developing and maintaining social media strategy; content creation, content acquisition from internal stakeholders, posting and reporting, responding to enquiries and comments (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google)
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
About you:
- Ideally you have 2+ years of experience working as a marketing/communications professional preferably with a tertiary marketing, communications or copywriting qualification
- You are experienced in writing copy for a range of mediums and audiences
- You are familiar with EDM platforms such as Campaign Monitor, MailChimp and/or Salesforce Pardot.
- You have demonstrated experience in building great relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- You execute your work quickly, efficiently and to a very high standard
- You’re proficient in proof reading and writing with different tones of voice appropriate for the audience
- You’re an all-rounder who is keen to be involved in all aspects of marketing and communications and you can see the opportunity in any task delegated to you
- Previous experience working in the healthcare sector would be highly desirable, but not essential
