Position Summary
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our team based in Emerald, QLD. As the Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the company social media account and developing and implementing strategies to enhance company visibility and engagement through social media, newsletters, email campaigns and other marketing channels, creating engaging content, designing and producing marketing materials, developing and updating the company website, planning and coordinating marketing stalls at various events, representing the company at community meetings and events and supporting with basic administration duties.
Qualifications
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing
- Proficient in graphic design tools and content management systems
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Experience in healthcare Marketing and Communications is preferred but not required
