We have an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing Communications team.
We are seeking an organised, creative go-getter with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to problem solve and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
If you are excited by translating briefs that will inspire excellent output in collaboration with our design agency, or if you are good with words and enjoy story telling - our brand purpose and content means you will have a lot of great material to work your magic on. What does a typical day look like in this role? You might be writing compelling copy to showcase our impactful work, reviewing creative from our design agency and using your brand guardianship and strategic thinking to ensure it is on brief. You might be attending a video shoot, or you might be providing support clients to access our services via managing our social channels. You will also be managing our marketing production schedule, so need to be a whiz at scheduling briefs, managing projects end-to-end (with the help of Monday.com) and ensuring our local teams get exceptional services from the Marketing Communications team in the process.
You will be working with a vibrant, collaborative and flexible team of marketing professionals from diverse backgrounds, who are all seeking to have impact in the diversity and inclusion space. - Experience working within a Marketing / Communications role, minimum one year’s experience;
- A degree in Marketing, Communications or Business;
- Experience developing briefs and managing output to be on brand;
- Ideally, demonstrated experience working with agencies;
- Experience developing and creating marketing materials and communication pieces;
- Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders interpreting requirements and converting into deliverables;
- Short and long-form copy writing experience;
- Executing sponsorship and partnership agreements including event execution, content creation and relationship management; and
- Knowledge and experience in web proficiency and social media platforms, including develop and execute organic social media.
