AddressCTA Group is looking for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our management team.
CTA Group is a busy and energetic specialist building product manufacturer, supplier and installer. Recognised as the market leader in the Access Industry, with an office in each state, a diverse product portfolio and over 140 employees nationally, CTA has experienced significant growth both through company acquisitions and an expanding market share.
We are looking for an individual with solid all rounded Marketing, Graphic, Digital & Web skills to join our team and help grow CTA’s online presence and help develop/design our in-house brands & marketing collateral.
About the Role:
As our Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Updating and creating brochures, catalogues & marketing materials to support the company’s offering
- Web maintenance – including creating website pages, uploading products, and managing internal company websites
- Assisting with the development & creation of ad-hoc technology projects that aid in the streamlining of business processes
- Assist in the creation of technical / shop drawings for company products
What is expected of the Applicant:
If looking at this position, it is expected that you will be/have:
- Extremely proficient with the adobe suite - such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator & more.
- Basic website development skills, specifically WordPress. Cpanel experience would be a bonus. Any CMS experience would be considered beneficial.
- General IT knowledge, natural ability with technology & ability to learn new online platforms
- Great at working in a team environment, but also have the discipline & initiative to handle projects by yourself when needed
- An incredible attention to detail
- Able to communicate exceptionally well with both the in-house team & suppliers, using both written and verbal communication
- Years of experience with Graphic Design & Digital Marketing
- A solid portfolio that showcases your design, highlighting your own individual skills, flair & passion
If you have any other skills in the creative industry such as photography, videography, 3d modelling & experience etc. It is all worth mentioning.
