About the role:
An exciting newly created opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Marketing and Communications Manager. Reporting to the COO, you will be primarily responsible for delivering Wanless’s Marketing and communications Strategy with a focus on optimising our digital marketing footprint managing our social media environment internal & external communications including customer & industry events as required.
This national role will be based in Sydney.
Key Accountabilities include:
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, encompassing SEO, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising, to expand Wanless's digital footprint and engage a broader audience.
- Oversee the planning and execution of traditional marketing campaigns, including print media, events, and sponsorships, to enhance brand visibility and strengthen relationships with members within the industry.
- Ensure marketing and its messaging are in line with Wanless's corporate goals & values.
- Establish initiatives to deliver policies, and procedures.
- Create, implement, and oversee internal and external communication programs that effectively describe and promote Wanless's products and services.
- Oversee internal company tender and proposal documents
About You:
- Proven experience as a marketing leader who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with marketing and communication tools and technologies, marketing automation platforms, and content management systems.
- Self-driven with the ability to work through situations and provide clear solutions.
- Experienced in managing multiple marketing and communications projects and understands market strategies, positioning, branding, and opportunities to promote products both online and through our members.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to develop effective and respectful relationships with team members.
