You will take accountability for the delivery of all work regardless of channel and take ownership of always-on comms responsibilities, including managing the approach and end-to-end production. With a culture of genuine care, a flexible approach to work and opportunities across the group to grow your career and make a meaningful impact, the possibilities for what we can achieve together are endless.What you'll doRun key campaigns and always-on comms across bought, owned and earned channelsManage and produce key components end to end (eg advertising) and deliver assets to other specialist channel teams to executeProduce excellent agency briefs with key insights and business/brand objectives and manage the process to completion.Engage and drive other owned channel managers to deliver overall campaign excellenceDeliver excellence in all our creative assets, including art direction, permanent marketing properties and campaign executions, whether delivered directly by you or by separate specialist teams.What you'll bring
- Comms and campaign management, including role and best practice for each channel (e.g. advertising, PR, social, in-store etc)
- Brand and Marketing Communications, content, or media experience client or agency side
- Knowledge of how to use insights to drive effective campaigns.
