The division employs more than 3600 team members.About the role:The Loyalty Communications Specialist oversees the communications calendar and coordinates supplier eDM deliverables and messaging. Ensuring error-free delivery, consistent tone, and messaging are paramount in enhancing the member experience.Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the delivery of the Priceline eDM, SMS and web push program, overseeing campaign implementation (sales events, online promotions, catalogue promotions, loyalty campaigns and supplier offers)
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Merchandise to ensure timely delivery of eDMs, ensuring the Supplier brief is met
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of member communications, providing insights for continuous improvement
- Lead messaging and creative on lifecycle communications, and triggered journeys
- Working on our Sister Club loyalty program
- 3-5 years' experience in a marketing/communications role
- Proven experience in briefing and writing eDM communications, preferably in a loyalty program or consumer engagement environment.
- Strong copywriting skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines
- Knowledge of best practices in digital communications
- Analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns and initiatives
- Experience with email marketing platforms and content management systems.
- Experience and exposure to A/B Testing and experimentation principles
- Familiarity with loyalty program concepts and strategies is desirable but not required
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for member engagement
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field)
